We do this every year, but we've never done one as big as this.

It's built around the people who run toward what everyone else runs from. The firefighters, the police officers, the service members and veterans who put themselves between danger and the rest of us, and the families who carry the weight at home while they do it. Twenty-five years ago, a generation of them ran into buildings they never walked out of. The character that sent them in didn't die that day. It's still walking around in the men and women working your streets right now.
For one night, this whole community shows up to honor them the way they've earned. That's what Remember, Honor, Reignite means to us: remember what happened, honor what it takes to be the kind of person who runs in anyway, and reignite that same character in the next generation. Every ticket goes toward two things this community has rallied behind: Heroes House, permanent housing for veterans, and a new training facility that gives our first responders real-world preparation for the job.
SPEAKERS
3 SPEAKERS, 1 MISSION.
Captain Kevin Calhoun spent his career with the FDNY and was one of the first responders during the attacks on the World Trade Center. He carries those memories with a simple message: life is precious, and it can change in a second. Calhoun isn't new to this community. He's attended most of our gala events, and In 2024, he stood as guest speaker when Heroes Defense helped bring Idaho Falls its own 9/11 memorial, a piece of steel from the towers now standing outside Idaho Falls Fire Department Station No. 1. September 5, he returns to share the rest of that story.
CAPTAIN KEVIN CALHOUN
Ray "Cash" Care is a former Navy SEAL, high-impact leadership consultant, and nationally recognized motivational speaker known for his intense presence and unapologetic delivery. His career was forged in elite special operations and refined in high-stakes government assignments. He leads programs for Fortune 500 companies, professional sports teams, and special operations candidates, work you've probably seen on Discovery Channel's The Selection and the Modern Warrior series. Ray hosts our September 4 block party and runs his signature push-up challenge, then joins the stage September 5 to talk about building a mindset that doesn't break.
RAY "CASH" CARE
Robert J. O'Neill is one of the most highly decorated combat veterans of his generation, with over 400 missions across Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan during eight years with the legendary SEAL Team Six. He was the Jumpmaster and Lead Jumper in the rescue that saved Captain Richard Phillips from Somali pirates, and served as Team Leader on Operation Neptune's Spear, the mission that killed Osama bin Laden. Today he's a keynote speaker and author of the New York Times bestseller The Operator. September 5, he brings that story to our stage.

Heroes Defense is a non-profit organization whose sole purpose is to provide support, resources, and aid to those individuals fighting for our freedoms and the American way of life. These include military, firefighters, police and other first responders.
Funds raised go directly to our programs that support these heroes.
